We believe that consigning should be easy. From item drop-off or logistics to listing, managing offers, and handling client inquiries, we’ll manage everything for you.

We’ll only add a minimal mark-up on your consigned item/s to make sure they sell fast. Consignors may decide if she/he will put the item on sale. Our markup will be lowered as well once it’s on sale.

By consigning with us, you’re helping promote sustainability by giving your preloved items a new home and life.

To Consign,

1. Please send us detailed photos of your item/s together with its inclusion/s, flaws, and the store where it was bought from.

2. We do not provide prices. However, kindly make sure that we can still add a minimal markup on top of your asking price. Item/s that have a higher value than the market will be declined.

3. Fill out our consignment form

  • Once you have completed the form, you may also opt to send it through our Viber/Whatsapp accounts

4. Ship the item to us

  • Consignors may opt to drop off their item/s in our showroom or you may ship it via Grab, Lalamove, or LBC

5. Get paid

  • Once your item gets sold, we will reach out to you regarding your payment details. Consignors may also opt for deposit or in-store credit

We will only accept items that are 100% authentic

We only accept items that are in at least excellent condition. Items that are worn out will be declined.

A&J Luxury reserves the right to decline items that have no room for markup.

To ensure that the buyer is satisfied with the item purchased, we will schedule our payout once it is received by the client. This is to ensure that there will be no returns on our end.

PAYOUT

Kindly note that our consignment period is a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 5 months. Any item pulled out in less than a month will incur a P2,000 pull-out fee PER item. It will serve as an inconvenience fee for us since item/s were pulled out early without trying all sorts of marketing.

Pull-out must be scheduled at least 1 business day before the desired pick-up schedule. NO RUSHING of pull-out to ensure that pending shipments for clients within the day will not be compromised.
